Talking Rocks Cavern

Talking Rocks Cavern is an hour long guided, walking tour of a breath-takingly beautiful, naturally decorated cave. The tour begins from our gift shop, where we enter the cavern to enjoy a tour led by our knowledgeable cave guide staff. There are concrete steps and handrails along the path, as the tour descends to a depth of 100 feet. The pace of the tour is slow and leisurely. The tour takes several stops along the way, as the guide shares informative and interesting general cave facts, noting cave formations and mineral deposits, and answers questions. There are approximately 165 steps going down into the cave, and 100 steps back up to the surface. Toward the end of the tour, a light and sound show is given! This attraction is offered daily during the winter season and is open until 5:00pm. During the summer season, this attraction is open until 6:00pm. Plan time to enjoy our nature trails, lookout tower, gemstone mining*, indoor and outdoor SpeleoBox crawl boxes, and picnic areas. Shop in our unique gift shop, featuring extensive rock and mineral specimens. "Putt" around on our Cave Country Mini-Golf*. Fun for everyone! Open daily except for Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
